My SUV was damage the room smells like mold.the front desk have no clue about what going on in the parking lot carpet is dirty the food was under cook the back door never lock.l will never stay here again......
Desk and cleaning staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. We never saw before booking this hotel that it was pet friendly. If we had, we never would have booked stay. The owners had them everywhere and some took over the halls, elevator and saw one in dining room. This was very irritating to us! Carpet was not acceptable, no bathroom exhaust fan. Only one elevator. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We will not be returning.
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful, all areas of the staff were nice, helpful and friendly.
Cons: I understand to the hotel's credit that a remodel is due to begin in October. I hope they will considerate the pets and exhaust fans in bathroom.
