The staff was wonderful! Courteous, knowledgeable and concerned about their guests. The evening staff is incredibly sweet and want you to have the stay of a lifetime. My only complain is the tv remote was dirty On the outside and the a/c exhaust was dusty (which they offered to have cleaned immediately at 8:00pm) and cobwebbed. The a/c filter however was clean. I asked at the front desk about cleaning the remote and they sent a maintenance tech with another remote to program for my tv. The only problem was it was also dirty. I just cleaned it myself with a cloth and some rubbing alcohol. There were two hall lights out on my floor. I notified the front desk and they were fixed (at 8:30pm) in 15 minutes! WOW!! Talk about pleasing your guest! I WILL return for another visit and I urge EVERYONE to book your next Myrtle Beach stay at the Dayton House Resort. I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face!!
