"I checked this morning, and the property is still shown as being in Vaison La Romaine, still claims to be a short walk from the sights of Vaison, and the map show this to be the case. However, this is a total LIE. The house is in Saint Maurice sur Eygues, which is more than 15mins from Vaision by Car. The owner was quick to offer us 100 euros (so he obviously knew) but this didn't cover the cost of us staying in Vaison for two nights to spend time with the friends we were supposed to meet there. The owner blamed the translation, but whilst the french sight does mention the true location, the rest of the lies remain. VRBO should do something about this dishonesty"

"All six of us - two 17 year olds and 4 adults - couldn't get over how lovely the house and its grounds were. We felt transported to a different world, lounging around the pool and terraces. So much space in the house to relax too - loved the moroccan lounge, and loved the fact that it was obviously a well loved family home, not just an impersonal rental house. Such a boon to have a lively town and the medieval village on our doorstep. Many thanks too to Pierre for being so kind in picking up two of us at the bus stop, and being so helpful with local information."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was everything we hoped it would be. All the modern requirements with a French look. Frederique was lovely and gave us some wine on arrival! We had a relaxing week and our teenager loved the pool to cool down in. The only negative was the mosquitoes, you will need jungle strength spray to keep them from biting you."
