Here in the scenic countryside of Southern Illinois, you'll have all three cabins on the grounds to provide you with space both to gather and find privacy. This is a beautiful area to explore, whether you're tasting your way along the Shawnee Wine Trail (three miles), visiting Southern Illinois University (five miles), or hiking Little Grand Canyon (seven miles) or one of the many other trails close by.

Blue Line Resort is a lovely cabin community located about four miles south of downtown Murphysboro. The grounds are a delight to return to each afternoon, offering a small pond, a dock with built-in benches where you can drop a fishing line, a gazebo with a swing, and a firepit where you can gather for stories and stargazing each evening. Communal laundry facilities are available as well.

This listing includes all three cabins in the resort, each one standing at the edge of the pond. All three have covered front porches where you can sip your first cup of coffee in the morning, read in the afternoon, or linger with a glass of wine at sunset.

Cabin #1 is a studio-style layout, whereas Cabins #2 and #3 are one-bedrooms. In each cabin, you'll have a well-equipped kitchenette (with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an air fryer, and double hot plates), a dining table, at least one smart TV for your evening entertainment, and complimentary WiFi throughout.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
