I loved the fact that someone rushed to help me with my bags as I was getting off the bus, the lovely person at the check-in desk who was very kind and the concierge who was super helpful with suggestions for places to go. I think the best feature about the hotel is its staff. Naturally I loved the location, which I thought was very convenient. The only thing I didn't experience was the dining options, I thought the prices were quite prohibitive, even for an upscale place, but that is not to say that I think it wasn't excellent - I just didn't try it.
