Enjoy this spacious Lakehouse with a Hugh Swim Spa! You will be greeted with stunning views of the lake from every room in the house. Create you own adventure in your favorite way....whether you like to fish, kayak, SUP board, BBQ, or cruise around the lake....this is the place to be. The primary bedroom downstairs has a king bed & an ensuite bathroom. The 3 oversized bedrooms upstairs all have king beds, & 2 twins, along with a huge flex space with 2 futons and a designated workspace.
The Space:
There is a 18 guest max, and stairs are required to get to the grass area in the backyard and 3 of the bedrooms. Please keep in mind this property has a steep driveway to enter the house (see pictures).
The Neighborhood:
Located in the private community of Walden on Lake Conroe. Community walking trails, racquet and fitness club (with pickle ball and tennis), a huge community pool , toddler pools, and a splash pad that overlooks the lake. Beautiful trees are everywhere in this peaceful, beautiful community.
Getting Around:
There is parking in the driveway for 6 cars (packed in tight), there is no garage parking. Most people travel by car, but Uber and Lyft both work in the neighborhood.
