No Coffee in the room; had the maker, cups, but no packets. Went down in the morning to get a complementary cup of coffee… Asked ( The front desk staff was always awesome! ) at the front desk… Sent me up to the restaurant and assured me they would give me a cup of coffee. A very somber young Lady was on duty. I asked for a cup of coffee she cooly said I will bring you one. But I said I needed cream and sugar. She said I will bring you some. She came back with a tray...I fixed my coffee and went on my way. She missed such a chance to be hospitable. And having coffee in the morning is something we old people do… I realize your clientele is young. However, would it be so hard to make coffee available to your patrons? Incidentally, we went to the restaurant rather late one evening and the same young lady took us to our table with the same inhospitable manner. We had a wonderful waitress who couldn’t have been more helpful.

I usually stay here when I go amd ut has been good all the time, this last time tho was on black friday so maybe thats why they didnt really paid more attention but the sheets has a stain so I calles the front desk ans askes for a different room, they said they were all booked but will send someone to change tge sheets, the person came to change them and disnt brought all the sheets, she said "oh I didnt know I had to make the bed again" and had to come back, she wasnt nice either, she finiahed up ans just left the toom whitout even saying anything, I called the front desk to conplain and they disnt even offered me a free food voucher, all this happened ar midnight so it was very unconfortable, on top I had to ask the lady it at least we could get a free breakfast voucher which she did end up giving. Kinda dissapointed in how they managed the whole situation being a 4+ star hotel
Staff person at check-in was very friendly. Room had no information on how to order room service with menu being on TV, no info or book containing info about hotel, local sites, menus, etc.
