      Beautiful apartment in a great location

      Loved everything about this apartment. Beautifully renovated historic home with all the charm and modern amenities. The owners are very thoughtful providing everything you could possibly need, including fresh coffee, sparkling water and even the local candy company's salted nut rolls!Checking in was the easiest I've ever had with numerous VRBO rentals. Location is perfect in the heart of Saint Paul. We enjoyed walking the historic areas nearby and the beautiful homes on Summit Ave. Eric and Gretchen have put together a lovely book on the history of the home as well as simple instructions for appliances, check in out procedures and area information. We will be coming back to this area often for family visits and will stay here again!.

        Exceeded all expectations!

        This property exceeded our expectations! What was going to be a few quick days away ended up being a favorite trip for my husband and I. The location can not be beat, and anything you could need is provided. The property is clean and very comfortable. Be sure to read the owners suggestion list in its entirety! Take a walking tour of Irvine Park, make the trek to Keg and Case Market, and have a German meal at Waldmann’s (be sure to head upstairs and if you’re lucky, you’ll meet The House Detective!) Can’t wait to stay here again!
