Como Park Hotel is a very comfortable place for us to stay whenever we are in the Twin Cities. Service is good, rooms are decent and there's ample parking. No complaints.

Beautiful place to stay. Very friendly staff. I really don’t have any complaints only thing I had a problem with was the internet when up in my room was extremely slow. I could only get it to work when downstairs in dining hall. But if another person was near me and using the internet I couldn’t even get onto the net. No big deal. It was just annoying when I did want to use the internet. Every one of the staff was very helpful and so so so nice. It’s such a beautiful place to stay. But one thing that does need help is entrance. It was raining and thought I knew where entrance was but found myself at the clinic instead. I wasn’t the only one looking around for the entrance other customers were also. Ended up asking someone. So maybe put a sign on one of the doors where you can park, letting people know where to find the entrance. Just a suggestion. But it’s not a complaint just an suggestion. But all in all a fantastic place to stay. I will definitely stay there again.
