Its a SCAM! We did EVERYTHING that had been sent to us for check in. Two and a half hours past our supposed check in time, I had to call their "Immediate Response" number, and sit on hold for almost 4 minutes before getting a canned recording that they "cannot take your call at this time". I call again, and actually get a person who asks for my name and phone number to look up my reservation, get stuck on hold for seven minutes before I get HUNG UP ON. I call AGAIN, no answer again, so I call from my wife's phone. I get a person who proceeded to tell us there is a VERY SIGNIFICANTLY LARGE (because I guess I'm not allowed to give exact numbers) deposit that has to be paid before we can be "fully checked in" and get the access codes. This was NOT on the Expedia ad. This was NOT in the confirmation email. This was NOT listed on their website. But the rep we got a hold of "swears it was" and we have to call Expedia to get a refund. I call Expedia and spend 40 minutes on the phone with them, including calling back Barsala to get our refund. The best we get from Barsala is "We're still trying to get in touch with our regional manager." We still have not heard back from either Barsala or Expedia.
