Great location on the beach and close to other venues in Miami Beach. Concierges were excellent. Lobby and bar were very warm. The bar was uncomfortably warm, even at night. Gentleman guarding the elevators were mostly silent; it was odd. Housekeeping was excellent. Pool and beach service was good. Compared to one hotel south beach, it was not as well run in my view, however, the price point is a bit lower.
