Staff was really friendly & pleasant but my room comforter was a tad bit dirty & so were the face towels. Didn’t know that this hotel didn’t have any other ammenities beside a workout room.
My family holiday turned into a family home going for my nephew and this hotel housekeeping didn't clean our room for 2 days and we stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. And there was childen on the 3rd floor that was keeping my other family awake at night I had 2 rooms one for me and one for a family member. I feel that if you come to a hotel with childen they should put them on the 1st floor always. We made the management awear of this nut they did very little about it. VERY LITTLE. This was the Holiday weekend so we had very little choices. I was very surprised because we have stayed them twice before.
Loved the kitchenette!!! Hated the loud speaking people in hall and the slmming of doors the young lady who checked is in was very nice and helpful
