Communication at check-in very poor. Clear instructions not provided. Room entry card very difficult to operate. Dirty socks left in bed, was this bed changed?? Not a luxury apartment. Very disappointed.

We were really disappointed with the state of the room when we arrived and have the following issues to report: • Lots of mould in most of the tiles in the entire shower area; • Carpet was extremely dirty and disgusting with stains all throughout • There were stains all over the couches and pillows and the rugs on the beds • We found a cigarette lighter under the couch seat in the lounge room and more disappointing was that there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector • The whole unit needs a repaint the walls are extremely marked and dirty • The fridge had a terrible smell in it • The blinds were disgustingly dirty • There were no tea bags every accommodation should have a least this? • All round the apartment is extremely run down and definitely needs new paint and recarpet We were so disappointed with the apartment and felt that it is a health and safety concern to any occupants
