"The hotel is new and very well located. There is a large mall with restaurants across the street and more restaurants walking diстаnce. The staff is very friendly, although somewhat inexperienced. The lobby area is too small, so is the breakfast area. Breakfast itself is very good though. Bathroom in the room is very modern, but inconvenient Other than that, I was happy with the room. Housecleaning was a challenge. They never cleaned until late in the afternoon or evening. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the positives outweigh the negatives. I would stay here again were I to visit Almaty in the future."
