The check-in process was ambiguous until I reached out to the property owner who responded very quickly. They had me check-in at the River Riders office which was right there. They gave a quick tour of the property. It matched all the descriptions and was perfect for all we needed. It was very well maintained. Highly recommend this property.
It was great
The location was excellent for shopping and activities. The house was spacious and very accommodating for everyone. The only drawback to the property, is there in little to no lighting in the parking area and sidewalks. You should not have to use your phones to see where you are going at night outside. This should be corrected.
The house was perfect for our group of 14. Location is right next to River Riders and 10 mins from downtown Harpers Ferry. 4 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 4 pull out couches....PLENTY of beds for everyone. The owner was responsive with all questions. Very private area, so no neighbors. There is a tenant that lives in a separate part (separate entrance as well) of the house but if his truck wasn't outside you wouldn't even know he was there.
Laura and her team at River Riders made this weekend flow very smoothly. The checkin process was easy and on the couple things we needed help with (a new propane tank and some trash bags) the staff came over in a golf cart in <15. Will absolutely be coming back.
