"The five bedrooms were a perfect fit for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out. Everything we needed was included except personable items. We stayed in January so while we all spent some time on the sandy little beach it wasn’t our main attraction. Due to the cold we spent more hours in the windows overlooking the bay. The ducks and geese were a favorite attraction. The backyard was very comfortable to sit in looking over the water and relaxing. The small neighborhood was wonderful for walking as there was no traffic and it loops around. Multiple amenities and attractions are only a short distance away."

"The house was fantastic and the large living area downstairs offered enough space for the 9 of us to enjoy Christmas Day with plenty of extra room. The one thing I would suggest is hand rail for the cement stairs leading to the front door. Although most of our crew managed just fine we had some who found them challenging to navigate on their own. No big deal either way but would offer autonomy to those who have trouble on stairs. Wonderful time and we would do it again..."

"This was a cute little cape cod cottage that was more than enough space for me and my dachshunds. Fenced in yard was great and small deck allowed me to sit outside as well! Bob (the owner) was awesome with his communication and the property was just as expected. Location was fantastic knowing the area, and used delivery & door dash with no issues! I am looking at date in the spring and summer to stay again! Thanks for a great spot to crash for the holiday, it was much needed and worth the cost to rent and not be in a hotel for the week!"
