"The front desk staff was exceptional. I had gotten stranded at DFW the night before due to weather and had gotten no sleep at all. I was able to get a very reasonable rate on a very nice room. After having been at the airport for over 16 hours, attempted to sleep on a filthy floor with hundreds of other people in the same boat, I was exhausted. I arrived very early at the hotel to try and get an early check-in. Celine at the front desk very kindly told me to have some breakfast and that I was welcome to sit in the lobby afterwards until they could find the first cleaned room (they had also been full up with stranded travelers). At 10:30 AM, she was able to accommodate me with a room, where I passed out for a 4.5 hour nap. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. All of the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were exemplary employees, but Celine went way above and beyond. Thank you all so much. "

"this is an old hotel, everything worked but its old a some things need to be updated. the shower was great except.... the water drained to slow, maybe some drano could fix this problem. Breakfast and HH were both run very well, plenty of employees and all were helpful. the location was very close to the downtown area and about 10 minutes from the convention center. Just 1 minute to a 7/11 if you need anything. "
