Solmar Resort - All Inclusive Optional

I paid for 5 days of inclusive. It was cut off after three days. Dishonest in the way it was calculated. So sick and tired of the constant hustle for tips. Exhausting. I’ll never return

I live the resort and will return for sure! Thanks to all the great staff, they really seem to enjoy their jobs. I have comment and not sure where communication fell thru but tjis was disappointing. The front desk didn’t have check in information in site, had to call main and it all was right there! Also my cancelled dive got notified to Illeanna but i never received the mssg! They had my room number and cell ph?! Very disappointing to wait for pick up that never came! Had to pay extra for early breakfast as p/u was for 0600 and boxed lunches were sad. Not easy to stash with gear! 2nd communication about p/u schedule change for next day dive not relayed either!?? All desk issues. Alberto was a Godsend! So helpful and supportive. He deserves extra praise for going the extra mile. Thanks Alberto! Otherwise awesome! Beautiful views, sunset, quiet clean and well cared for. 👍👍👍👍👍

Great location with a very helpful staff. You can walk to the beach or downtown in less than five minutes
