A half bathroom with a toilet is also located downstairs for added convenience. Please note that there are no bedrooms on the first floor.

Head upstairs to find two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub — perfect for soaking and unwinding. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a separate full bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, and there's also a large smart TV in the living room.

The unit is located at the back of a residential lot and features its own private entrance.
Please note: this is a two-story home with no bedrooms on the first floor.
Quiet hours are observed to respect our neighbors, and check-ins are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at entryways and common areas only.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.

We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property.
