"Designed and constructed extravagantly, this guest house with its bright surround glass walls, airy, with its 20 foot or so ceiling peak, abundant space and total privacy from the main house gave us several days of blissful relaxation. Its close proximity to Long Point Reservation, one of the top island gems is a bonus. The house has a wrap around porch with roof overhang sections both covered and open so one can sit outside in warmer weather in rain or sun. The floor radiant heat is particularly cozy on the feet. When we had a problem with a smoke detector beeping its low battery signal, the owner arrived in minutes to take care of it. It has a full size kitchen with plenty of counter space for food preparation. The living area and kitchen are spacious enough for a fairly large party of people. It was abundant for just my wife and I. We have been visiting the island continuously for over 55 years and have rented many, many houses. In the summer we rent larger to entertain family, but when it is just the two of us, this special place would top our list."

"Keith was easy to talk to, responsive, and wonderful to deal with! The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The rooms were well cared for, clean and comfortable. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the yard towards the beginning of our stay and Keith was there to make sure we and the party suppliers had what they needed to set up. If we ever have a large party staying again on the Vineyard, we will look no further!"

"We stayed at the property for 3 days and it was accurately listed online. The house has plenty of kitchen items to cook, games, and other helpful amenities. The property is very private and located in a beautiful wooded area that is quiet. We brought a car and that was helpful. Sometimes we struggled to get Ubers when needed but that was due to the lack of drivers and not a reflection of the property at all. Overall, we had a great stay and would be excited to stay here again in the future!"

"A rustic farmhouse which was conveniently located on the island. Our hosts could not have been nicer or more accomodating. We recommend this property but perhaps not for an elderly couple as the stairs are quite steep to the second floor. We plan to come back when we return to MV."
