The worst stay ever! Awful. Just the worst. I am convinced anyone that has reviewed this in a positive light is affiliated with the apartment. After charging us £40 extra for cleaning (in small print), it was filthy. Customer service just abysmal! Collecting keys consisted of heading to the admin office, then walking to the apartment, then whilst on my way there the European lady from the admin office called and told me I’d have to walk approximately 1.5 miles round trip to a random, dodgy convenience shop (it was not convenient). This was with a seven week old child strapped to my front and two large suitcases, which the admin lady had witnessed. The bottom half of the apartment had a smell of damp/mould. When we complained they refused to move or refund us. They did offer to send a handyman round. Funnily enough the man who fixes odd jobs couldn’t sort out the smell. As a result both myself and two children got sick. Worst of all though, once we had checked in an employer entered the apartment without our permission or any notification to ourselves, whilst my wife was breastfeeding our newborn. Trespassing. Wife naked, and mortified. Agency and Hotel.com did nothing about this.
