The lounge by the river is lovely and evening drinks great. However there is a coffee bar,but opens late in the morning so if you don't get breakfast at the hotel you have to go search the neighborhood for a cup of coffee. Check in is terrible! 20 minutes for each customer. Lengthy lines

On Wednesday evening I accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom sink which I reported to the concierge at about 7 pm. I went out for the evening and returned about 11.30 pm to find that the broken glass had not been cleared up. I did it myself and reported to the concierge that the matter had not been dealt with. On Thursday morning we used the teapot and two cups. We went out for the day and when we return that night the teapot had not been cleaned and still had two tea bags in it. On Friday morning we used two mugs with teabags and went out for the day. When we returned in the evening the teapot still had not been emptied and cleaned, the two cups had not been cleaned or changed and the tea and coffee had not been replenished. Also there was only one hand towel and no other towels in the bathroom at all.

Review

I was very disappointed about this hotel should of thought it was to cheap ,the hotel is very run down their service is very slow ,there is rubbish everywhere ,the rooms smell and the windows were so dirty and green. In my opinion it’s a very run down hotel and I don’t this it will ever change it will just keep getting outdated and worst the whole hotel need renovation but I am sure like 60 years back it was nice but really really needs updating which I don’t think will ever happen which is a shame as in a decent spot in carnary Wharf!
