"Practicality new, comfortable bed, nice shower, large tvs in livingroom, den downstairs, and main bedroom. Beautiful views from the windows and decks. We travel to the mountains a couple of times a year but haven't found a place we like enough to stay in again, until now! Great disc golf course. Nice quiet even private, community. Located near many mountain tourist spots. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, winery, etc."

"We enjoyed our stay at Golden Pines. It was nicely located in relation to Marion and Linville Falls. We loved being able to walk the course. The only things we would have changed or added to the stay were small. The biggest thing is that we got the cabin for the porch and fire place. Unfortunately there were NO directions fir eaither of the fireplaces. While the house is great, management needs to provide specific directions for that property and it would be even more enjoyable. Other than that, we would recommend this place to anyone with pets or a family. We enjoyed our stay!"
