As you approach the Kaha Lani you see the beautiful architecture. The Bali style structures (large pole and large eves) have a beautiful presence in their natural setting. To the north of the Kaha Lani is Lydgate, an oceanfront State Park with (2) sheltered lagoons which have beautiful fish and ocean life. They are perfect for snorkeling and swimming. There are many picnic areas at Lydgate. This is a short walk from the Kaha Lani about (5-7)minutes or you can use the bike path. And next door to the south is Wailua Golf Course, rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation. This beautiful course is within walking distance and creates another natural buffer to the Kaha Lani. Walking into this fully self-contained ground floor end unit condominium, you will be in awe at the spectacular breathtaking views directly from the lanai. This unit #129 offers some of the best privacy on the property. It is the end unit on the last building to the North, with the neighbor being County Park on the other side of the fence. This building is only 2 stories tall (most are 3 stories) so the overall traffic is low on this end of the property. The yard along the side of this unit is essentially a private yard as nobody has any reason to go there. The paved lanai is the full width of the condo, but the grass yard is even with the lanai surface, essentially making the lanai space as large as you need it to be. The living room area is comfortable and good sized. It has a sofa sleeper for those that want to sleep a little closer to the ocean. With the lanai door ajar the sound of the waves and feeling the night trade winds will cradle you to sleep. You are also able to enjoy a heated swimming pool, outdoor barbecues, and tennis courts where you can play a good game. Lanai: (2) lounges and lanai table with (4) chairs Master bedroom: queen size bed, dresser, night stands, Master bath: toilet, sink, shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Second bedroom: queen bed, dresser, night stand. Second bath: toilet, sink, tub/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Hall closets: stackable full size washer and dryer, various beach items (beach towels, 4 beach chairs, coolers, 2 boogie boards, etc) Base Rates: April 1 to December 15: $220/night December 16 to December 23: $280/night December 24 to January 1: $310/night January 2 to January 15: $280/night January 16 to March 31: $240/night Payment terms: 25% due at booking, balance due 45 days from check-in Cancellation policy: Full refund of 25% deposit if cancellation is made at least 60 days from check in. Within the 60 day time frame I would attempt to rebook the property and would refund for whatever days I am able to rebook. Discount for stays over 7 nights: 5% discount per night for stays longer than 7 nights
