    Located 6.5 km from St Martin d Ardeche, the property is located on the heights of the village of Laval St Roman, nestled in the scrubland, and therefore close to the gorges of the Ardeche. With a large air-conditioned veranda integrating living room and dining room, it includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a fireplace, a bedroom, an office, a bathroom with toilet and a lean-to with washing machine. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete the accommodation. Each room is equipped with flat screen TV Two terraces to the east and south complete the exterior, which also allows the parking of several vehicles. The property is ideal for numerous hiking and cycling in a natural preserved area and provides easy access to local sites: underground caves, including the famous Chauvet cave and many nearby avens to visit. Swimming is facilitated by the proximity of the beaches of St Martin and the Cèze Valley. The tranquility is ensured thanks to the remoteness of the neighborhood.
