Upgraded my room supposedly but instead was given two queens instead of the king I booked. The room had no mini fridge or microwave. The room was supposedly remodeled but there was nothing new about it. Scam for charging more for an “upgrade”. I would be afraid to see what the other non upgraded rooms look like.
