Are you kidding me?
Checking in very late on a Friday night was excellent. But when I went to take a shower, I noticed the bath tub was not really clean. OK, I make this work. Then when I went to turn on the water, the handle came about. I could not adjust the scalding hot water to take this shower. OK. No shower. When I got on the shuttle there was a misunderstanding as to who signed up and there was not enough room for everyone. The drive off loaded a family going to the Tropicana and the proceeded to tell us left in the van, that she "hates when people use the race card." The only racial discrimination was brought forth was by her. The family that was off loaded were a nice calm black family with little chidren. They never said anything and got off the bus quietly. She kept talking about how right she was and "what else could I do? I have a schedule to stay on." during the the entire trip to the airport. There was lots should could and should have done. 1. Be kind and understanding to your guests/customers. This shuttle was paid for by the hotel guests. 2. Treat ALL guests with respect. I this how she would have treated her family? 3. Don't badger other guests with YOUR problems. I and others on the bus were uncomfortable with this situation and felt sorry for the family. 4. Get another job if you can't do the above. 5.
