There was no one at the desk when I arrived to check in. I had to wait for five minutes before she appears. When the clerk came to the desk, she didn’t greet me, nor did she apologize for my wait. She simply asked if I was checking in. She then asked for my license. I handed her my license. She then assigned me a room. Not once did she say what my room number was or which way I should walk to find it. She simply wrote the room number and the time of breakfast on the room key cover and handed it to me. She didn’t even say thank you or enjoy your stay. The room was fine even though I had to plug the television to the wall, attach the cable cord and plug the microwave. Additionally, there wasn’t a shower head on the shower. The water just comes out of the pipe like it’s coming from a regular garden hose. I didn’t notice this until I got ready to shower about two hours after checking in. Since I had already unpacked and gotten settled in the room, I didn’t notify the clerk because I didn’t feel like having to pack up to be moved to another room or wait for maintenance to come and install a proper shower head.
