Optional bunkhouse sleeps 4 more (very basic accommodations!). Stunning water views from living room, dining area, kitchen and wrap around deck, literally 10’ from water’s edge. To turn heat on press the lock button for 3 seconds followed by the up arrow to set temperature to 100 and then press the heater button. Tub takes about 1 hour per degree to heat so please be patient! For bubbles press the bubbles button. Do not leave bubbles running when not in use (it cools water down). Please unscrew the two gray filter housings below the water to remove and rinse both filters every 3 days. If filters are not kept clean the unit will not operate correctly. Please rinse your feet with garden hose or use gray foot bath provided before getting in the tub! Thanks Use of recreational amenities is at renter's sole risk.

The cottage is in a great area, there are lots of outdoor activities nearby including a great bike trail and the White Mountains for hiking. The deck was great, we really enjoyed watching the ducks and herons from there. We loved being able to have our dog with us and the owner even provides a dog bed. Perhaps we should have read more carefully though since we were expecting to be on a lake but it's a pond, very shallow with reeds and lily pads, so we were disappointed not to be able to swim. We didn't see anyone on the pond swimming, even during a scorchingly hot week. We did enjoy the kayaks and raft though. Our main issue was that the cottage was too small for us, again probably our mistake, but would like for it to be clear to other visitors that this is really only comfortable for three people. The bunk house is not a good option for sleeping, but we were counting on using it for two nights when we were six, so we had to get creative with the sleeping arrangements. We had fun and I'd recommend for a couple or small family, but don't see how this could ever sleep 10.
