    Adults-only cabin in Alton Bay
    Very clean two bedroom house with nice lake views, but not on the water, lg. bathroom with shower. Kitchen has apt. size stove and frig. supplied with pots ,pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Spacious living room with sofa and chair. TV is connected to a DVD, sorry no cable, we do have WiFi, however it is weak at times. Outside we offer charcoal grills, fire pit, tables and chairs. Lake views, relaxing and affordable. We have smaller cabins for $60 per night, for visitors (To keep your privacy). Our place is simple living, very clean and new, but no heat or AC just fans. Please visit our other listings for a smaller option at an even more affordable rate. We are pet friendly, however for the comfort of all guests we have a few mandatory rules. Only dogs under 25 pounds, all dogs must be in crates if left unattended, and can not bark excessively. They can not be left alone for more than 4 hours. They can not be tied up outside unattended. A one time flat pet fee of $25.00 per pet, is charged. If you follow these rules, we would love for you to bring your furry family member! MR# 034674
    Guest accommodations at this cabin offer fireplaces and DVD players. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.
    Bathrooms include showers. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.

      Excellent

      Great location overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee yet nestled in a wooded area. Very clean. Owners are very friendly and eager to please. Spacious rooms and great deck! Thanks for the memory!

        Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the main cottage.

        The place was clean, had everything we needed and was well located for enjoying the lake. Enjoyed several cookouts and sitting by the firepit under a full moon. Joyce and Peg were really nice and very responsive hosts. Would stay here again for sure.

          unhappy stay !

          The cottage was nice. But beds were to small, cell phone reception was poor. The WIFI on TV was difficult to maneuver. Parking at cottage became a problem because we had a pick up truck. Very difficult to make turns in such a small area. There was very little view of the lake. And yes we did check the reviews on this cottage. We felt that this was a good choice based on the reviews. We were wrong. We traveled 1600 miles to go to this cottage. We were not happy!!! We were suppose to stay for 1 month and stayed 1 week. A lot of arrangements and planning went into this trip. My wife was very upset. very dissatisfied with this vacation.

              Great location, very clean!

              We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is very clean and in a great location! Everyone was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again!
