Worked perfect for our KAABOO concert weekend with 2 other couples. Great big kitchen counter where we could all sit around and talk or play cards. Owner very accommodating and responsive with a few request. Enjoyed our stay very much.
The property was exactly as described. The bathrooms are freshly renovated. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, and very social set up. The garden is large with lots of outdoor sitting and a nice barbecue. A beautiful place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our group was in town for an event at Del Mar Racetrack and the distance wasn’t bad at all. The home’s neighborhood is quiet (and sound travels like crazy!) so this is definitely not a party house option. Our favorite parts about the house were the backyard and kitchen - both are very specious. I can tell this home was recently renovated and it’s quiet clean. There’s no A/C but we were there on a 90 degree weekend and it wasn’t bad. The house is close to the ocean and in a great location!
Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. There were 8 adults and the house fit all our needs. The outdoor space was larger than pictured with a beautiful lawn, seating area, and dining table. We were close to restaurants, the beach, and areas for walking/running. While the description says to bring your own beach towels, there were several provided, which was a relief! I would definitely recommend this property!
We had visitors from England and Germany joining us - the property was very well received. Excellent location in close proximity to Del Mar Race Track and the wedding venue. We enjoyed leisurely breakfast at the house and home grilled dinners in the evening. Accessibility to local grocery stores and restaurants in La Jolla or close by San Diego. We would rent this location again!
