A younger lady was the first to assist in checking me in; I had an existing reservation. l stood there for about 10-15 min waiting for her to check me in. There appeared to be an issue checking me in but I was not made aware by her nor did she apologize and acknowledge that I was still there. After another 5 min or so, she asked for help from another employee and swiftly walked away; never saw her again. Never saying anything to me or apologizing for the wait time.
The second employee attempted to sign me in as well and it also appeared that he was having issues checking me in, never acknowledging me or apologizing for making me wait so long. After a total of 25-30 min of just standing there and waiting, I finally asked why it was taking so long (yea maybe I could've asked earlier). He just replied saying something about the system denying my reservation or something. He made a call and finally sorted things out. The whole process of getting me checked in took 45 min if not more. I understand things don't always go smoothly, but I believe you should at minimum communicate with the customer rather than having them stand there clueless. Aside from that, the room was clean and there weren't any issues. Oh yea, the gentleman who was able to check me in did quickly apologize for the wait as I began to walk back out to grab my bags. So there's that I guess.
