lovely stay in a lovely place

Large, very well appointed. Perfect in every way. We loved sitting on the front balcony watching the sea, boat , people walking their dogs. Perfect situated between L,Escala old town and the new one. It was like home from home. would really recommend this property to couples or up to 6 people secure property, noisy door slamming though. lovely pool private in the garden. Could not fault the property in any way.

Perfect location

Property was located half way to both the old town and the new town. Apartment was spacious and clean. Having two balconies was a bonus especially when the sea breeze was strong.. The only issue had during our stay was the WiFi which occasionally went down. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property.

Good value for location

Well equipped, clean and spacious apartment with two terraces overlooking the sea at the front and swimming pool at rear. The building itself is a bit tired looking though with cracks in the rendering and a whiff of drains in the common areas. Overall very good value given the location and size of the apartment.

Beautiful view apartment

The apartment is in a very secure building right on the waterfront with several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were there very early in the season, so there were very few people around. There are two balconies with seating. It was very easy to find and we had no trouble getting into the property on arrival. We had easy street parking since it was early in the season. During high season I think parking might be more of an issue. The pool in the courtyard was sparkling clean, but we did not use it as, although the sun was shining, the wind was strong and chilly. Our reason for choosing L’Escala was its location on the sea and proximity to places to visit nearby. We spent our time going out from town exploring the area. This served as a good home base. I can see that, during warmer weather, there would be many things to do right in L’Escala. There are only a few small things the owner might want to consider. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. however, there was no salt, pepper, kitchen paper. These are small things that as renters for only a few days, we would rather not have to purchase ourselves. Also, the only garbage can was in the kitchen. A small one in the bedroom or bathroom would be convenient. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would certainly return in the future.

Appartement conforme a l'annonce ! Point fort : gentillesse de l'hôte appartement clair propre ne manquant de rien et surtout une grande et belle terrasse vue sur mer très bien situé on peut tout faire a pieds . A noter que le gardien de la résidence est adorable. Pour finir L'escala est une jolie ville très agréable . Point faible : on en a pas trouvé !

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé. Propreté impeccable. 2 terrasses, une côté mer et une sur la cour intérieure. L'immeuble est parfaitement entretenu. Piscine non testée, la température extérieure étant trop fraiche. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes prêts à revenir.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Ein paar Dinge sind anzumerken die störend waren: > Beschreibung TV vorhanden, allerdings gab es nur spanische Channels, das entspricht nicht dem heutigen Ausstattungsstandard für solche Vermietungen. > die Kaffeemaschine im Appartement war nicht zu gebrauchen.

Bel appartement dans super résidence

Seconde fois dans ce logement nous savions à quoi nous attendre avec en plus depuis la 1er fois une super douche à l'italienne refaite à neuf. Cette résidence se démarque des autres proches avec son magnifique extérieur entretenu avec soin par le concierge. Seul chose à revoir le renouvellement de la vaisselle, plus précisément ce qui est poêle qui sont trop usées et prévoir des cousins pour les chaises en bois. Mais cet endroit est vraiment chouette

Très belle vue sur la mer avec terrasse permettant de prendre de vrais repas. l'appartement est propre et agréable. Le contact avec la propriétaire est parfait. Un seul petit bémol: apporter son tire-bouchon-décapsuleur et/ou sa boule à thé.
