The beach is a few hundred meters from the apartment. In short, everything is close by, an ideal location! The family bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and bath. There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom with double bed (200x180) and a 2nd bedroom for 4 people with two bunk beds (90x200). There is also a parking space for 1 car and private terrace at street level at the back of the building.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
