Ugh. I was expecting much better. The property (including the rooms) is tired and outdated; for the cost I expected better than a grungy Holiday Inn from the 80s feel. I had bugs everywhere (in two days, killed at least 3 roaches in my room). Housekeeping seemed to conveniently skip over my room (maybe that was the penalty for the "complimentary" upgrade)--lots of long hair in the bathroom and shower, dirty towels left on the loungers, didn't come and clean at all one day, and when I requested they did, then only emptied the trash. Most of the staff just seemed to want to be given tips without doing any work to deserve them. Self parking spaces are extremely narrow. Not sure what $40/day in resort fee covers, as there were no extra services I could see.
