    Sunny relaxing Key Largo Home, only 60 minutes from Miami International Airport. Beautiful cozy friendly neighborhood with park marina. You will be minutes to the ocean with full access to a private beach area with boat ramp, boat dockage, swimming area and basketball court on Largo Sound. Family friendly and children are welcomed. Small children tricycle, stroller and playpen are provided along with children board games and books. Conveniently located on the ocean side. For bayside boating, access is via Largo Sound thru the Adams Cut (1 mile). Plenty of parking space at the house for your car, boat, and trailer. Home has 3 bedrooms, master with king size bed and second bedroom with full size bed, and office/bedroom with twin bunk bed, 2 full bathrooms with shower, indoor laundry with washer and dryer, living/ dining room area with sofa and love seat, and flat screen TV. Kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances glass cooktop range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker. Also plenty of cabinet space with all cooking pots and pans and utensils needed, as well as dinner flatware, waffle maker, skillet for pancakes and blender. Outside enjoy your morning coffee/breakfast, lunch and even dinner on screened in front porch. When you come back from your beach/boating outings rinse off in the outdoor shower conveniently located just outside the master bathroom. There is also plenty of parking space for RV or Trailer RV. Fully fenced backyard nicely shaded with Gas grill for your cookouts. All located within walking distance to world famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park full of fun activities from Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, snorkeling, diving charters and swimming. Close to downtown key largo with fine dinning from the world seafood, to Mexican, American and Italian restaurants. World class charter fishing and diving tours, minimum booking of 28 days available year around. Included with the property there are 2 adult bicycles 26" and access to local marina park, rules and regulations to be followed at all times to avoid penalties or revocation of use.

      Property was very clean,inside and out.We had everything we needed for our stay , We will be back !

      The house was in a quiet neighborhood with access to eating places within walking distance.Very friendly neighbors will helpful suggestions.The 2 bikes on the property allowed us to ride to a lot of places to sight see and experience beautiful sunsets.We also had excess to a beautiful boat dock with a picnic area on the water ! We stayed there January &February and the weather was perfect !
