"Incredible hotel, would 100% recommend. The jacuzzi looking out at the dolomites is truly special, all the spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant dinner was outstanding, the menu changed daily and the food quality was Incredible. The rooms were huge and the added outside private seating was also a nice bonus. Only complain is the charge for internet. You pay for three people and you should internet access for three. It is a 4 star hotel after all."

"After landing at Venice Airport, our group of four drove to this hotel and stayed the first night of the trip in Italy in late June, 2023. The reason we selected this hotel because it is very close to Lake Karersee (Lago Di Carezza), 3 minutes driving or 15 minute walking. The hotel is family operated with the son as hotel manager who speaks English and is very friendly. After checking in, we had a pre-ordered authentic Italian dinner cooked by mother and we really enjoyed the food. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is free included in room. Overall we had a very pleasant experience here, very nice food and room and extremely friendly host. If you like to see sunrise and sunset of Lake Karersee, we highly recommend this hotel. "
