"The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated as in the photos. The balcony has view of the ocean and mountains to the south. Short, pleasant walk to Arenal Beach and all the restaurants. Covered parking and a fast elevator. The manager, Carmen, was very instructive and helpful. More importantly, she was so nice to deal with when I thought there was a problem. Actually, I didn’t close the laundry dispenser all the way (user error!) causing water on the floor. She promptly sent someone to look at the issue and even hung my wet clothes while I was out. When she explained it was just the dispenser she didn’t make me feel bad about it. The owner was also easy to deal with regarding rental dates. Javea is a special place with nice people."

"Beautifully decorated and traditional decor with modern conveniences. Beds are adequate. Pillows super thin and small. Pool is not heated. Quiet area - good 15-17 minute walk to beach. Grocery store nearby on foot - however a busy stretch of road to access it with no sidewalk. Complex is worn but unit is meticulously clean. Gated complex."

Il est très confortable, bien situé par rapport à la plage, à l’épicerie, aux restaurants et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace extérieur qui est disponible. Et nous voulons aussi mentionné l’excellent service reçu de la représentante du propriétaire de notre réception à notre arrivée à notre départ. Elle nous a fourni toutes sortes d’information utile et culturelles. Ce serait un plaisir de recommender cet appartement à quiconque désir passer du temps à Javea."
