Just about perfect!!
Perfect location! Great area within walking distance to resturants, park, river and museums. The host was amazing and the breakfast was fantastic!

Our first stay and will do again when in Jacksonville. Well-maintained historical property, friendly and helpful owner, good location (walking to several good restaurants), very convenient parking, good breakfast, etc.
