They did not show I had a reservation even though I had my confirmation number and itinerary number from Expedia! Had to be on a phone call with expedia and the hotel staff for over 30 minutes while they sorted it out. Very disappointing!!

Our room had a few roaches and I unfortunately overheard another guest complaining about an ant problem. This is not what we expected to encounter at Homewood.

The property is newish and in good condition. I really dislike the color of the LED light bulbs used in the room. Better alternatives are available.

Outstanding service
The room was clean and standard and lives up to what we've come to expect from Hilton hotels. The service is what elevates it. Everyone from the front desk to room service to the bar tender was kind, professional and courteous. We would stay here again!
