It’s one of the best in taksim with helpful staffs who really go beyond to meet their customers needs… I recommend anyone who plan to visit Istanbul to see this hotel.. it’s near to the talsim tunnel and metro station..

Guldehan hotel The place is really nice but my bathroom door only opens halfway. It’s a pocket door but they installed the tv on the same wall so the door won’t open all the way but 1.5ft. Hard to get to the bathroom with only a foot between the wall and the bed. Otherwise the room is wonderful. There’s 2 markets across the street and shopping/ food all over. Out of 3 staffs, only Anas is really nice. I don’t wake up till 2pm since I have a hard time sleeping at night so I don’t let housekeeping come in. When I asked for more coffee they said I only get 1 as a welcome gesture when I first arrived. The other staff yelled at me saying we don’t sell coffee here. Stayed 6 nights. On the 4th night, I took out the bed linens and 2 towels to exchange for fresh ones, he said I only get 1 towel. I take 2 showers since it’s so hot and I get really sweaty. So I rotate the 2 towels to have dry towel. Don’t go to the wrong side of the hotel. It’s scary. They’re still renovating the area 2 blocks behind the hotel. Apple map took me through the slams but I still enjoyed it and felt safe. Just go towards taksim sq and it’s great.overall, I would stay there again if I go back.

Hotel çalışanları güler yüzlü, her konuda yardımsever ve çok samimiler. Odalar konforlu, temiz. Hotelin lokasyonu çok iyi taksim meydanı ile Havabüs, Havaist otobüslerine yürüme mesafesinde. Kendimizi hiç yabancı hissetmedik. Ayrıca Hotel sahibi Bayram beye de çok teşekkür ederiz.
