"Barb and Ray were amazing hosts and thank you for sharing your wonderful property. The location was perfect with easy access to Queen K highway, Mamalahola highway and Kona town. We so enjoyed having our morning coffee on the protected lanai and the cool nights for sleeping. I appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the bowl of fruit and other "goodies". Although my husband and I were traveling by ourselves the house is ideally set up for two couples. We have been traveling to Hawaii for several years and loved staying at the higher elevation. It was one of our best stays on the Island of Hawaii. We would definitely come back."

"The property was everything we wanted and more! The kitchen had everything we could ever need for our large group and it was beautiful and clean. The house was very large and fit everyone comfortably. The boogie boards were so fun for all of us and the beach equipment was in great shape! The pool was nice and warm and the views and sunsets from the lanai were amazing!! We loved watching for whales and for surfers catching a wave with the binoculars! So many wonderful memories were made in our 2 week stay, I cannot wait to be back again."

"This is a wonderful property that is very well maintained. The pool and view are the highlights, but the house itself is very comfortable with so many extra amenities. Appliances are updated, beds are comfortable, living room is set up for movie nights or for kids to play video games. The neighborhood, in the hills above Kona is quiet and just gorgeous. Again, I can't stress how beautiful the view is from the pool area. Sunsets were visible right from the pool or back yard. The waterfall was so soothing and the pool was large enough for a family of 7 to enjoy. Highly recommend this property."
