I want especially to mention Spencer, Sara, and Bridgette. My nephew is in a wheelchair, and we encountered an issue with our original room (bed was too high and couldn't move the wheelchair into the room. Despite how busy the hotel was, these three staff members and the maintenance man (unfortunately, I didn't get his name) were extremely accommodating and took care of things immediately and reassigned us to a more accessible room. They did all of this, as well as switching key cards when ours failed, promptly and pleasantly.
Customer service is challenging work, and not everyone can or will accommodate special requests as well as these three staff members did.
Pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
