The front desk clerk Jimmy over charged my credit card and then said that was how I booked my rooms. I booked my rooms with breakfast included and then was told I didn’t include breakfast, but for only one of my rooms. This was not the truth. I shoes him proof, and then I was given the tickets for breakfast. One of my rooms, the shower was broken, and there was only cold water. When we went to breakfast, we gave the lady our tickets, and then later she can to the table asking if we all had tickets to eat after we had given them to her. You couldn’t enter the dining area without them. Overall, I was disappointed.

Excelent location and the rooms are wide and comfortable. Just need to refurbish their elevators
