Biggest Hilton hotel, has many towers. It is beautiful great service. Also if you have a late flight, there is a lounge on the 3rd floor you can hang out in, has sofas and tvs.

Overall the hotel and resort are great. Location is awesome as right on the beach and a close walk to buses and the main strip. If your going with kids it’s a plus because of the kitchen and laundry. However we had a problem with our beds. The sofa bed was terrible. When we checked in the lady herself mentioned getting us a mattress topper for the sofa bed. So I’m sure she was aware of the condition. We got into the room and no one showed up. Then I called the front desk and the manager came up after 30 min. It’s now 11 pm and my kids are exhausted. They couldn’t find anything that fit and were not aware of where the toppers were??? This is the Hilton mind you... so we had to make do the first night. Then the next morning the housekeeping manager cane and fixed our sofa bed. I forgot to mention the king size bed was very hard, but we didn’t bother complaining. What’s worse is that when we went to our other family’s room they’re beds were do comfortable as well the sofa bed had a foam mattress also comfortable... Maybe we got stuck with leftovers? Then the next night at approx 7 pm I called concierge and no one answered. I called 4 times. Unacceptable. Then a few days later there was a problem with the elevators and we were stuck on the 20th floor for 30 min. I called the front desk and they forwarded me to security who was clueless. They told me “ this is the 3rd complaint we’ve had and were not sure what to do.” So then I spoke to the resort manager who Just said sorry. 😣

Room was nice and spacious, staff were very accommodating when we needed the room cleaned outside of their schedule. Always had an abundance of towels and supplies.

Time share property was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, but paid for ocean view and got partial ocean and city view. I did notify the manager, but was told it was ocean view. However, my view was head on city and had to turn to hard right for ocean view. Disappointed. Bus terminal/bell staff with bald head was rude and provided inaccurate information the two times asked . First, he insisted that we go to main lobby to check in and told us we weren’t in the time share. So, after 11 hours flying, we get to main lobby only to be told that we are in the time share building and needed to walk back to check in there. Second time was when we asked for the pink line trolly and he told me and my 75 year old mother to walk to Trump tower approximately a 3/4 to 1 mile away. After we walked there, the driver instructed us that the pink line pick up is directly across the street from where we spoke to this same guy, in front of the Grand Islander. This was very stressful on my momma health and hurtful. I maybe could overlook it since I was told he was new, but his rudeness confirmed his intent. Tourism thrives on hospitality and this guy lacks it. Front desk, inside bellmen, housekeeping all were great. Thank you, Carla
