The property is in a great location with accessibility to all but there is one particular issue that is vital and that is the noise factor. Every night we were greeted with loud noise (music, hollering, cheering) stemming from a group of street performers across the street from the hotel. This started at around 5 pm and stemmed all the way to 11 pm at night. The other minor issue is being charged an additional $40 per day for access to a trolley whether you use it or not. It's a shame as the hotel and staff are great and friendly. We will not stay at this location again until these issues are addressed. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.

Great location, lots going on. If your looking for a quiet get-away this is not the place to stay... lots of action on the beach, music and restaurants. Close to outdoor activities too (hiking/snorkeling)
