Appalling service, confusing access policy. Awful.
What a rigmarole to get into the apartment. They didn’t send me instructions. Couldn’t get into the car park barrier cause needed a number they didn’t send me. Couldn’t get into the apartment cause I didn’t have the key safe number. Had to pay a deposit and felt like I was getting scammed. Had to send a photograph of my passport or passport and felt more like I was getting scammed. Could barely understand the guy on the helpline and had to repeat everything I said or try and say it as simply and slowly as possible because he couldn’t understand me. I got a confirmation through for the reservation eventually with a receipt for a Sea view suite in some hotel in Abu Dhabi! Decent apartment for the money but OMG, it what a frustrating nightmare. Dodgy. If you have an alternative option, take it!
