Welcome to River Ridge Cabin Rentals LLC! We are so happy you have chosen us for your stay. This cabin overlooks the beautiful Dahlonega mountains and has its own private walkway down to Chestatee River. We are also located a short distance (7.8 miles) from the Dahlonega sqaure. There are four bedrooms to choose from with three of them being located on the upper level of the house and one in the lower. There is also a sofa in the living room down stairs that doubles as a queen sized bed. A king bed is located in the master bedroom, two twins in each bedroom upstairs, and another bedroom located downstairs with a queen sized bed. It also offers 3 fire-pits on the property with a covered porch and deck that overlooks the river and beach. This cabin will be the perfect place to bring your friends and family for any occasion. The Owner is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have.
This cabin exceeded our expectations! The location felt secluded even though there were neighbors close by. April was wonderful to work with and obviously cares about her guests. We stay in homes/cabins almost every year and this was definitely a favorite! The cabin was decorated beautifully and there were lots of special touches like luxurious throws, nice bedding and charming handmade items (I loved them so much, April asked her mom to make some that I could buy!). This was our first time to the Georgia Mountains and it was absolutely breathtaking! We loved exploring Dahlonega and Helen. Amicalola and Ruby Falls were BREATHTAKING! We discovered The Tomato House grocery the day before we left...I wish we had found it sooner because it was so cute and quaint with a lot of local items. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the main floor and one bedroom, one bath and a super comfy TV room on the lower level (which leads to the deck). Our family of five with two teenagers and one pre-teen had lots of room to spread out. The set up would also be perfect for two families to share. One thing to be aware of, the stairs to the lower level are somewhat steep as is the walk to the river (there is railing all the way down to help) and may not be suitable for small children (toddlers) or anyone with mobility issues. The cabin was really well equipped with basic necessities (salt, pepper, coffee, jellies, etc) as well as fishing poles, kayaks, etc. Thank you April for a WONDERFUL stay! We were REALLY sad to leave and hope to come back someday!
