"Perfect for what we needed. Nice safe neighborhood, off street parking fit two cars, quiet, close to shopping, easy ride to falls, easy to get out on time with three bathrooms. There is no couch/living room instead it is a common kitchen area so we used a bench from bedroom and a camp chair that we had on hand so we could all sit at the kitchen table. We played games and each room had its own smart TV, kids were able to hook up their games and sign into streaming. There is a washer/dryer, we brought a coffee pot as I had read there wasn’t one-but there is a toaster which another review had said there wasn’t. We were able to set up chairs on walking path near the house for the eclipse neighbors were all wonderful and friendly. Owner was kind and responsive. We had a great time would absolutely recommend!"
