We used this condo pretty much as an 'overflow area' for our large group. We rented the condo next door as well, and were planning on mostly doing all of our visiting, and cooking ..etc. over there. However having this condo was a godsend, because some of the appliances in the other condo were not working. We ended up getting all of our ice, drying all of our clothes, and doing most of the cooking over here. There was just more seating over there... This is a very nice condo.. it's just unfortunate that it's in a bad neighborhood. Several burned out vehicles along the beach highway.. homeless encampments in every beach front park.. etc.. Nice place but I probably wouldn't come back here due to the neighborhood.. The security at the complex needs to step it up as well.. several neighborhood boys would just jump the pool fence (locked gate) and swim in the pool in their jeans.. they did this on a daily bases. I asked one of them which condo was he in, and he said he lived up the road? for real? also I came back to the condo one afternoon and a vehicle was parked in my spot. Now keep in mind, my assigned space is directly in front of the security shack.. 30 feet away.. I went over to security and asked what gives? he say's "oh, I know that person" and CALLS THEM ON HIS CELL PHONE! ..it was one of the cleaning staff! I told her that parking in some ones assigned space shouldn't happen (all of this while I'm looking right at the security guard) ..she just flipped me a line of crap, and pulled over into someone else spot.. Neither of these staff should be working here.. but once again? I'm thinking that it's relative to the neighborhood.. overall? once inside? it's a pretty nice place.. lock your doors.. and put a 'cone' in your parking space..
